Office Location: 911E. 86th St, Suite 201-H, Indianapolis, IN 46240
The office is conveniently located in the Nora area on the north side of Indianapolis, on the south side of 86th Street, between Westfield Boulevard and College Avenue. The 911 Building is the center building with the name “21 Studio Suites” on the front of the building. Take elevator to the 2nd floor. Waiting room is directly opposite the elevator on second floor. I will come get you from the waiting room at your appointment time.
From 465:
Exit on Keystone Avenue heading south. From Keystone, exit onto 86th Street heading west (right turn). Continue on 86th Street past Westfield Boulevard and past Target. Turn left at the stoplight, into the 2-story office complex. The 911 building is the center building.

Exit on Meridian Street (31), heading south on Meridian Street (31). Turn left (east) onto 86th Street. Proceed straight, past College Ave. Turn right at next stoplight after College Ave. The 911 building is the center building.
From the South:

From the North:
